Phon's Thai Cooking Lessons

Learn how to prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine in the comfort of your own home. Phon’s Thai Restaurant offers the opportunity to learn Thai cooking with one of its chefs. The four hour lesson introduces the ingredients and the preparation involved for the selected four dishes from one of the menu options below. Phon’s Thai Cooking Lessons service both Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

Dinner time – 4pm to 8pm

Minimum Booking of 10 people
$85 per person

1/3 deposit to be made upon booking

TOD MAN PLA
Thai fish cake mixed with special herbs with cucumber, crushed peanuts and sweet chilli sauce

PAD MET MA MUNG
A stir fry with cashew nuts, chilli jam, garlic, vegetables and mushrooms

GANG DANG
Thai red curry in coconut milk, kaffir lime, green beans, pumpkin, red capsicum and basil

PAD THAI
A very special Thai style stir-fried rice noodle with tofu, crushed peanuts, spring onion, red capsicum, bean shoots and tamarind sauce

MONEY BAG
Tasty minced chicken mixed with herbs and garlic, wrapped in egg pastries

GANG MASSAMAN
Authentic Thai spiced curry, semi sweet with potato, onions and peanuts

PAD PIK BAIHURAPA
Stir fried chillies, basil, garlic, vegetables

PAD THAI
A very special Thai style stir-fried rice noodle with tofu, crushed peanuts, spring onion, red capsicum, bean shoots and tamarind sauce

SATAY GAI
BBQ marinade of chicken with Thai herbs and homemade peanut sauce

GANG PANANG
Thick red curry in sweet peanut sauce with kaffir lime, coriander, coconut milk, green beans and red capsicum

PAD MET MA MUNG
A stir fry with cashew nuts, chilli jam, garlic, vegetables and mushroom

THAI FRIED RICE
Fried rice with egg, garlic, peas, carrots and shallots
